Salon Policies and Practices
This is a polite and gentle policy document to Naima Salon’s consumers

1. Appointments
As some of the hair and beauty services and treatments require extra time therefore a deposit will be required in order to secure your booking.
For all colour treatments, hair relaxing, and Keratin treatment/Brazilian blow-out, a £20 deposit is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that to do so 48 hours before your actual appointment time. If for any reason you didn’t turn up or cancel your appointment 48 hours before, you will lose the £20 deposit that we have on file.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult otherwise won’t receive a service unless consent is given by phone or email, 24 hours before the appointment.
Arriving to your appointment with wet hair, will be charged an additional £30.

2. Damaged hair
If your hair is damaged due to colouring, bleaching, relaxing, heat, Keratin treatment, hair extensions, and braids or neglect, Naima Salon management promises to do their best and will do all they can to aid and help you to achieve a healthier hair. However, these processes can take up to several visits and require several treatments so kindly be patient and understand that it will take time to reach to your hair goals.
Please keep in mind that Naima Salon don’t have the tools or practice the methods to create faux curls.
3. Return Policy
Naima Salon do not accept opened or used products.
All services and treatments are non-refundable therefore, if you have any issue with your service or treatment Naima Salon will do their best to achieve customers satisfaction.
4. Satisfaction guarantee
Naima Salon guarantee satisfaction for their customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service or treatment you received at Naima Salon, please don’t hesitate to contact Naima Salon. However, please keep in mind we accept complaints only within 72 hours otherwise full payment is required.
